Shipping and Return Policy
To return products, you must email our Returns Department at the support email found on the online store site and in your order confirmation email. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment; therefore, we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
Gift Returns:
Gift recipients will receive a refund check by mail for the price paid by the purchaser, provided we can identify the original order. If you cannot include the purchaser’s packing slip, we will issue you a refund for the item’s lowest selling price.
Damaged Items:
If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please contact Customer Service at support@toledozoo.org for a swift resolution.
Processing time:
Our goal is to get your order out ASAP. Items usually ship in 2-5 days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are based on UPS Ground rates, which may include weight and volume.
Bulk Orders:
The purchase of more than 20 units of any one product is subject to Zoo approval.
